In 2015, we started managing premium short-term rental apartments in Budapest. From day one, our guests expected five-star cleanliness — and we learned what that actually takes. Not just a clean surface, but the discipline, the consistency, and the people to deliver it, every single time, in properties we cared about personally.
By 2021, we had built a cleaning team good enough that our own clients — both homeowners and businesses — started asking if they could use us for their own spaces. We said yes. Aurum Property Care (originally UandB Cleaning) was born.
