In 2015, we started managing premium short-term rental apartments in Budapest. From day one, our guests expected five-star cleanliness and we learned what that actually takes. Not just a clean surface, but the discipline, the consistency, and the people to deliver it, every single time, in properties we cared about personally.
By 2021, we had built a cleaning team good enough that our own clients, both homeowners and businesses, started asking if they could use us for their own spaces. We said yes. U&B Premium Property Care was born.

We take on a limited number of clients so we can give each space the attention it deserves. Because of this, our schedule is often fully booked. If we have availability, we'll get you started next week*. If not, we'll add you to our waiting list and contact you as soon as a slot becomes available.
