In 2015, we started managing premium short-term rental apartments in Budapest. Not as a side project — as the main thing. We grew to nearly 150 properties. We became Airbnb Superhosts — among the rare management companies worldwide to achieve this status with a large portfolio. We were awarded the most international company at the Airbnb Summit in Berlin.
That standard is built on cleaning. Not the romantic parts of hospitality — the unglamorous, systematic, every-single-day work of making a space spotlessly right. We learned what it takes. We hired for it, trained for it, built systems around it.
By 2021, we had a cleaning team operating at a level we couldn't find anywhere else in the market. So we opened that team up. Aurum Property Care was born — not as a business idea, but as the natural extension of something we had already built.
Today we are Hungary's only cleaning company that specialises exclusively in premium homes and representative business spaces.
