You choose your cleaner
During a dedicated onboarding visit, our account manager presents you with three carefully selected cleaner profiles — with video introductions. You choose the one you feel most comfortable with. You are never assigned a cleaner.

The Best Cleaner Pool
Every Aurum cleaner spends at least half a year working in our own high-end rental apartments before entering a client's home. By the time they meet you, they are proven in premium — not new to it.

You don't pay until you're satisfied
We don't charge a single forint until after the first visit, and only if you're happy. If not, you don't pay and can walk away immediately — no notice period, no questions asked.

From the moment you choose, that person is assigned to your home. Same cleaner, same schedule, every visit. They know your space, your preferences, where things belong.

No strangers at your door
If your regular cleaner is ever unavailable, we send one of our supervisors — the most experienced people in our team — whose profile you receive before the visit. You always know who is coming.

Quarterly deep clean, included
Every subscription includes a thorough deep clean four times a year — at no extra cost. Annual carpet, upholstery, steam, and ozone treatments also included. Not an upsell. Part of the standard.

Flexible rescheduling
Reschedule any visit free of charge up to four times per year, with at least 24 hours notice. We hold your cleaner's slot. We adapt around you.

Standby mode — for when you're away
Travelling for a few weeks? Standby Mode gives you 50% off your subscription, with visits reduced proportionally, while keeping your cleaner's slot reserved. Two weeks notice required. Max eight weeks per calendar year.

Cancel with one message. No lock-ins, no legal complexity. We keep clients because the quality keeps them — not because the paperwork makes it hard to leave.

If your regular cleaner is unavailable, we send a supervisor — the most experienced people in our team. Profile received before the visit. If you're not satisfied, that session is free.
The Familiar Face Guarantee
No stranger will ever ring your doorbell. Every person who enters your home — regular cleaner or supervisor — is introduced to you by profile before their first visit.
The Chemistry Guarantee
If the cleaner you chose doesn't feel right after a few visits — for any reason, no explanation required — we find you someone better. No awkwardness, no friction.
The Appointment Guarantee
By default, we intend to never cancel or reschedule your clean, period. If this were to happen by some earth-shattering reason, that appointment is free.
